From September 2018 to January 2021, starting as a co-op to manager, I created engaging materials distributed internally to generate employee interest.
After carefully assessing the employees' needs, it became clear that a fresh approach was necessary to capture colleagues' attention. The fatigue of stock images and the same repetitive templates led to a new digital internal communication that effectively showcased products, awards, events, and technologies developed (or won) by the group's internal teams.
My objective was to create visuals for a monthly internal magazine, art direction, photography (with actual employees), still photography and posters to promote events or any other inner communication need. I also was reponsible to manage a team of creatives and being the first point of contact to stakeholder.
